Do not rely on Plate for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or emergency advice.
User Content
You keep ownership of content you submit, upload, host, or send, but you grant Fudge Creations permission to process, transmit, store, display, modify, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the services. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that content and that it does not violate law or anyone else's rights.
Hosting And Public Services
If you use any hosting, bot, dashboard, or public-facing service, you are responsible for what you deploy, publish, connect, automate, or expose. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, security incidents, moderation failures, third-party abuse, service interruptions, domain issues, provider outages, or consequences from public availability of your content.
Third-Party Services
Fudge Creations may integrate with or depend on third-party services such as Firebase, Google, GitHub, AI providers, payment processors, hosting platforms, APIs, Discord or other communication platforms, and infrastructure providers. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, decisions, security, availability, billing, data handling, or terms.
Fees And Payments
